A standard elf deck. Not that tuned as it was one of my first commanders. Putting it here as it is in my collection, so powerful and needed cards are missing. But even still for a budget build I'd say this is pretty good.

Freyalise is a great commander. First ability is absurd and would be enough alone to be a commander. making elves that produce mana? That's this decks identity in a single +2 ability! -2 is almost as good. No artifact or enchantment is safe against freyalise. -6 is good and all, mass card draw is very needed when we dump our hand on the battlefield. iÍt just takes few turns.

As for the rest of the deck, all cards complement each other well, and really no card is more in a key role than others. you want just to hit a critical mass of creatures and ruin someone's day and face on one stampede. as such, every card is just either a creature to turn sideways, or a helper put them on the battlefield, or a helper to keep them on the battlefield. In best cases, they are a combination of those. But I should bring some of them up:

Genesis Wave this card is unrivaled in its field. It creates wave's (pun intended) around the table as you cast it. The deck has ability to produce a lot of mana. this card puts the permanents straight on the battlefield. digging even 10 cards deep can be gamending. If you hit powerful ETBs, you don't even have to attack to benefit greatly.

Fauna Shaman Need a specific creature? no problem. need specific 10 creatures? no problem! you can get any you want and as many as you want. (one at a time) I probably don't have to explain why getting what you want from your library is powerful.

Beastmaster Ascension this card is so powerful for it's cost: 3 mana is nothing, that's usually turn 2 for you and then you just do what this deck always does. attack. 7 times. On the seventh every creature you play is at least a threat.

Overwhelming Stampede This card has won me most games out of this deck.the raw power you suddenly create is never expected and many times gets the least prepared killed straight out. If this card is in your hand, you have almost always a good chance to victory.

Siege Behemoth This card is underused IMO. IT's essentially super-trample. You can act as though no one has any blockers, and that's powerful. Just be mindful on what you might lose on a swing. but notice also that the ability is "for each creature" so you can assign the damage after blocks, and differently on seperate creatures.

Gilt-Leaf Archdruid This card is too funny not to include. Just take everyone's lands? I love it! But the card is not only one-trick-wonder, as it draws cards from many in the deck. (also, freyalise produces druid tokens, so it's not that difficult to get to seven. Archdruid himself is a druid, and the ability is not a tap ability, but a cost, so it goes around summoning sickness.)
