Add in some Mystic Monastery since you're running all of its colours so you might be able to run a few less lands and more things to trigger heroic. I play tested a bit and i either got land flooded or had a bunch of 1/1 creatures and no instances to trigger heroic on my creatures.

+1, made a deck like this with a Soldiers sub-theme. Although this deck isn't soldier, it is a token swarm, so both Launch the Fleet and Triplicate Spirits would be pretty amazing. I don't know if you need bombs, but if you do, I'd suggest Dictate of Heliod and Flying Crane Technique.

Add a Spear of Heliod for the instant removal and the buff.

Why not monastery swiftspear?

No Goblin Rabblemaster or Brimaz, King of Oreskos in a tokens deck? Also bump Hordeling Outburst to the four-of, its one of the best cards in standard right now, just saying. Also the mana base is really slow. Consider taking out the gain-life lands for Flooded Strand and Battlefield Forge/Shivan Reef and some more basics. In the sideboard I'd run Anger of the Gods over Barrage of Boulders. Last point, I think Dig Through Time is better than Treasure Cruise, since you get the two best things of the top seven instead of three potentially dead random things off the top. Also, it is unlikely you will be able to cast four of them for cheap, so I would recommend taking one out, perhaps to fill in any of the above mentioned cards I recommend adding in.
