What is this deck? Show

This is a UWR contol deck (for the relatively new Frontier format) that utilizes Narset, Enlightened Master to power out high CMC spells very early. The Narset plan is not essential to the deck's strategy, but it immensely helps as Narset is a value engine that will help you cast up to 4 spells a turn for free.

Individual Card Breakdown Show

Anticipate - Cantrip that can help dig for stuff we need. Instant speed card draw is pretty cool too.

Dig Through Time - Another instant speed "cantrip". Bonkers when cast off of Narset.

Jeskai Charm - One of the all-stars of this deck, probably. Provides all kinds of utility, including being able to clear the way for Narset, pump your creatures, or just straight up burn your opponent for 4 if you've got nothing else to do with it.

Lightning Strike - The Lightning Bolt of the Frontier format.

Unsubstantiate - Can be used to counter stuff or clear the way for Narset.

Generator Servant - Helps run out Narset on turn 4 as well as granting her haste. Pretty bonkers.

Narset, Enlightened Master - Yup.

Day's Undoing - Still kinda on the border about this card. Refills your hand when (if) you run out of gas, but also refills your opponent's hand.

Part the Waterveil - Narset?!?!? Extra turns?!?! I'LL TAKE IT!!!

Treasure Cruise - In this deck, basically an Ancestral Recall for free. Can't go wrong there.

Volcanic Vision - Another card that I'm just iffy about. Has the potential to burn an opponent for up to 8, but still a fairly situational card.

Chandra, Flamecaller - Provides TONS of ulility in this deck. Throws out creatures, wipe the board, wheel your hand... You've got everything you want in this walker.

Jace, Unraveler of Secrets - We really need another blue walker. COME. ON. WOTC.

Ideal Play Show

T1: Any land, most likely a tapland

T2: land, Generator Servant

T3: Land, protect the Generator Servant through control cards like Unsubtantiate, Jeskai Charm , etc.

T4: Land, sacrifice Generator Servant, netting 2 colorless, then tap 4 lands to play Narset, Enlightened Master and immediately start swinging away (because Generator Servant grants Narset haste).

I haven't made this deck in paper, nor do I play any Frontier of my own; this is just an idea I'm throwing out there. Give me any suggestions you have!
