This is the pool I opened in a recent sealed deck tourney. The pool is all in the maybe board with the deck I ended up building in the main board.

I went back an forth on Gray Merchant, leaving him out in the end to keep the curve a bit lower, and because I didn't think I'd ever have more than four devotion.

In general, I just got run over by RW and RG. I beat a UWr, but only because the person playing it was super bad -- kept a no-lander in game one.

So what's gone wrong here? The curve seems okay, the bombs are decent, there's removal aplenty, fourteen creatures should be enough to get the job done, I think. What am I missing/what would you have built?
