A dinosaur tribal deck using Gishath as the commander (alternatively I could use Zacama, but Gishath is the superior tribal commander). Using the professor's guide to a three colour commander mana base (with all budget options) to decide on the lands and mana rocks I had to include (check it out at youtube.com/tolariancommunitycollege ). For my spells I went with giving priority to supporting the enrage subtheme. The two Huatlis are there as they can now both be on the battlefield at the same time, and Gisath lets you develop a huge board in no time.
