Intro:

This is my basic bitch high-powered Simic landfall deck. It doesn't have the speed or interaction of a cEDH deck, but sheer amount of ramp/card draw gives you massive inevitability the longer the game goes on. You can swap in Zimone as the commander in order to make the deck less competitive for casual pods.

Pregame

1. How does your deck win? Attacking with tokens or comboing out with infinite turns/infinite mana.

2. When does it tend to pop off? Turns 5-7. You often ramp once or twice before casting Aesi, and then go off after he is out.

3. How long do people have to stop it? 2-4 turns. Most of the deck is permanent-based and easily interacted with.

4. What's it strong against? Strong against decks that want a long game, such as stax or battlecruiser.

5. What's it weak against? Combo decks that win out of nowhere when we tap out for Aesi early.

7. Two-card infinite combos? None, most combos require 3-5 cards

8. Tutors? Yes, but mostly for lands to grab. Usually Oboro, Reliquary Tower, Mystic Sanctuary, or Field of the Dead.

9. What's the deck's vibe? Great if you like playing solitaire and churning through your deck for 5 min before passing the turn.

Combo #1

The main combo of the deck is infinite landfall triggers with a Scout such as Sakura-Tribe Scout + Retreat to Coralhelm + a Bounce land like Simic Growth Chamber. Add Aesi to draw your whole deck, Amulet of Vigor/Lotus Cobra for infinite mana, and Rampaging Baloths for infinite Beast tokens, or Courser of Kruphix/Tatyova, Benthic Druid for infinite life.

Combo #2

You can get infinite turns if you combine Walk the Aeons with a Recursion cards for lands such as Crucible of Worlds + two extra landfalls a turn such as Azusa, Lost but Seeking + 3x Islands

This loop can also be accomplished with Mystic Sanctuary and a bounce effect such as Trade Routes/Mana Breach to place Walk the Aeons on the top of your deck every turn.

Combo #3

Finale of Devastation + Avenger of Zendikar where X=10 or greater is often enough damage to kill everyone.

Tips and Tricks

Nissa, Vital Force can actually ultimate the turn after you play her, and she protects herself with a blocker until then. You are almost never regrowthing with her.

Alternate between grabbing Snow-covered and regular basics to more easily trigger Field of the Dead

Notable Exclusions

Explore/Growth Spiral are great cards early game, but do too little in the mid-late game where this deck shines.

Kodama of the East Tree adds a fourth combo with any bounceland for infinite landfall, but doesn't do much else in this deck on its own.

Scaled Herbalist I don't really need a 5th scout to remain consistent in this deck.

Tireless Tracker is great in many landfall decks, but Aesi provides most of the card draw we need in the deck.

Roiling Regrowth It's less risky than Harrow since the saccing is not part of the cost, but I'd rather risk it to get the lands untapped.

Summer Bloom The original inspo for the deck, I might put it back in one day but it's def a pet card.

Time Warp More extra turns spells is more of a Tatyova cEDH build of this deck.

Budoka Gardener   Flips too often for us to combo off, and the other side is not that great

More lands: I feel like 40 is the sweetspot for this deck since we have so many ways to bounce lands or tutor for a bounceland.
