I have not had any issues hitting enough lands with this deck as the Serum Visions and Mishra's Baubles help me filter through my deck a little bit -- and if I need lands at the time, I just keep those on top. Hitting that 5th land can sometimes be a stretch, but with only one 5 drop, it has never come to bite me. With that being said, I am all for adding 1 more land -- just not at the expense of either a Cryptic Command (I would love to run another!) or the Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip. I agree that she is normally very lackluster. But if she sticks around to use he ult (not hard given she can do that the turn after she hits play), it normally means you win the game; and it's not like her +1 is too shabby either. I have a Temur list that is similar. It runs 23 lands, has a lot more 5 drops, and I can say I have never had a mana issue with it.I have also won games by siding in Worm Harvest against control. It feels bad for them if they counter it as it can be used from the graveyard (allowing you to pitch it and not care) and is fairly easy to re-use. That being said, I would not be opposed to Thrun, the Last Troll either.
That being said, I did switch out the Alchemist's Refuge and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for more basics. I am already running 7 fetches -- a number I do not want to go above with this aggressive meta. But the addition of the basics gives the the ability to play all my spells through BloodMoon if I am able to get them out before it hits. both of those lands were leftovers from a prior rendition of the deck.

Hey! It has been some time, but I actually just noticed your comment. I think the base here is a good one to work with. There are minor things I would do, for example include Thought Scour and or choose between Delving or Delirium. I like the personal flavor that you added to the deck with Minamo, School at Water's Edge, but I think with only 3x Legendary creatures in the deck and only producing a source--that I would remove it for a power slot or add another Tar-Pit or Fetch. These are my thoughts. I like it
+1.

I agree with cplvela0811 that the deck looks pretty good right now. I would find a place for some Serum Visions and Thought Scour to add to the consistency of the deck though. To improve your mana base I would add some fast lands to prevent some unnecessary damage. I really like the idea of Unbridled Growth as it mana fixes, draws a card, and turns on revolt for Fatal Push. I think that with 15 ways to turn on revolt in your mainboard I would add the 4th Fatal Push and take out the Go for the Throat. I am curious about the Garruk Wildspeaker and how he has worked out for you so far. I would love for you to take a look at my deck and give some feedback if you could. Deck Link: Bug out!

Hmm, I may be grave digging but why not drop tireless tracker (and kalitas?) for more Mishra's Bauble to get delirium

I would throw in Search for Azcanta Flip to help with delirium.

If you're struggling to get delirium, toss in some Satyr Wayfinder, Grisly Salvage, Commune with the Gods type effects. Gives you a little bit of consistency in terms of digging for your own stuff, and helps fill your graveyard a lot quicker.

I wouldn't want to play a deck playing 3 Cryptic Commands, with 22 lands, of which only 8 tap for blue, 5 of which are fetchable, and only 2 of which are basics. Also a 22 land deck playing a 5 drop, and 4 drops seems risky.
Drop Urborg, you don't need the black as much, drop Refuge, you don't need to pay 3 mana for flash, Drop Minamo, Drop Drowned, get some more fetches in there and more basics. Drop Nissa. Get yourself up to 23 lands.
Sideboard wise, not a fan of Worm Harvest, and I don't think Disfigure is needed any more with Fatal Push. I would run another fatal push, and then a pair of Dispels.
