I'd Toss Fog on the cutting block. I LOVE the card (I only play standard when fog is legal), but in EDH fog isn't getting you where you need to be.

Yea, I was never big on Strionic Resonator either, so I took out those two and put in Viscera Seer and Golgari Signet since I want to keep the price similar as I've stated.

Also, you should be playing Spore Frog over Fog if you want to keep it in the deck. Its an easier to recur card that you can gain 2 life from with your general. Plus its a freakin' awesome frog.

Good point although I'm not sure I'd use that either, thinking of taking out fog myself.

+1 and thanks for this deck. I've been looking for something like this for a while.

I ran this deck last night, and it felt a bit slow until I got something like Avenger of Zendikar out. Even then I felt like I was 3 turns behind the rest of the pod. Any suggestions for making this thing run with consistency in early game?

Running lower cmc ramp, a few more dorks and more Nature's Lore effects more draw effects ( plenty are in the maybe board) would be my first steps.

Yea, what Gspot said WorkHorse and also, I haven't actually had a chance to throw this together IRL yet, sudden financial troubles pushed this back. But yea, both are things that Gspot suggested, I'm just trying to mentally work out what would be the best to drop and what I should keep.

I know I said it once before, but Awakening Zone would be really damn good in any deck with Grave Pact or anything of it's ilk. I implore you to give it a try. It may seem slow at first, but it is ridiculously utility in this type of deck once you have it out. Plus it is only a 3 drop so you aren't wasting it on a 4 or higher where some better cards are available.

I really don't have a problem with Awakening Zone luther, hence why i t's in the Maybeboard. I'm just trying to figure out what to cut for the maybe board

Deathgreeter is pretty low impact imo. I have never really been a fan of Ooze Garden either. Smallpox is a little weak, I would just switch to Pox. Bonehoard is good, but a little unnecessary. It just gives you a big creature with no abilities. Harmonize could be switched to something like Phyrexian Arena.

Not adding new cards right now, as I've probably said several times by now. I am trying to work out what in the main board would be worked out for the maybeboard. So I'm not taking new suggestions at the moment.

The bigI can see here is that you aren't running any real sweepers. I know you are playing a creature based deck, but everyone needs a few "oh shit" buttons.

Crux of Fate was just released and should be very affordable.

Mutilate is also pretty nice, especially if someone's dropped and Urborg.

Black Sun's Zenith is decent. It's particularly effective against decks that Voltron. You don't kill their creature, you just give it enough counters to leave it a 1/1.

In Garruk's Wake would be decent.

Lastly, Nevinyrral's Disk, Oblivion Stone, and Perilous Vault are all great. I think you need at least some of them in here.

Crux of Fate, Mutilate, and Black Sun's Zenith are all good idea's and it's a wonder I didn't think of them before.

In Garruk's Wake is a possible. My late game is already rather good as it is at warding off early games, so that's not as needed.

Oblivion Stone will also probably make the cut, but i'm not sure about the other two, they both hinder me far too much as well, as i'm reliant about either being able to recur my threats or needing my enchantments and the like.

I have a deck extremely similar to this one, and I'd like it if you could take a look at it. Our Lady Peace
