In the new format, linear aggressive strategies will be favored as players figure out new decks and builds. This Boros Equipment deck intends to capitalize on this fact with consistent threats and simple synergy.

The deck hopes to drop a creature turn one or two and equip it by at least turn three. Through token generation from Captain's Claws, Oath of Gideon, and Strength of arms, winning through a surged Goblin Bushwhacker is very viable. Renowned Weaponsmith provides card advantage and stats, while Weapons Trainer further buffs the army we generate.

In the sideboard, Archangel of Tithes exists to deter token strategies, and Impact Tremors helps against decks with low toughness creatures when other cards in the deck lose viability. Hallowed moonlight exists again for tokens, and Outnumber and Stasis Snare deal with pesky creatures in differing methods of effectiveness.
