If you look at my other 5 color lists that are linked I run tutors in all of those. I am trying to not have the same cards in all 5 color decks. What would you suggest to take out for 3 tutors?

I don't like cards that also benefit opponents. I did swap Mana vault for Skyshroud. Sticking to dragons so no wanderer :) i did take your advice and toss in all good tutors :)

You may want to consider Flameblast Dragon as a way to punch through a stalled board, or to pick off annoying weenies.

Balefire Dragon, Scourge of Valkas, Silumgar, the Drifting Death, Steel Hellkite, Wasitora, Nekoru Queen, Warstorm Surge, Dragon Tempest, and Legacy Weapon are plenty of removal, but thank you for the suggestion! :)

Kilnmouth Dragon is a beautiful, beautiful thing. Call to the Kindred also does well.

I like that dragon over the reincarnated. Might swap it out. That aura is nice too.

I was thinking about Fellwar stone and Coldsteel Heart. That gives me room for 4 more spots. Ill toss back Dragonlord Dramoka and look into the other options. I appreciate your input Vlasiax.

i would say remove the dragon hatchling and furnace whelp and the sarkhans welp. While the Sarkhan welp look good you don't have enough of him to benefit from it. maybe add sarkhan vol he can give haste. Lathliss dragon queen makes dragon when you play dragons. Dragon arch can cheat multicolored dragon for two mana. kolagan storms fury is great as it buffs dmg for each dragon when you go wide. also sarkhan dragon soul is pretty good and can take hate off your dragons. plus sarkhan unsealing would bee great as it ping for dmg for every dragon that is played. other than that nice deck lots of non basic to bad my group runs that green non basic hate card.

Cheating of mana cost is probably the most powerful thing you can do for dragons. My Ur-Dragon deck abuses a lot of free summoning mechanics or severely reduces their mana cost.
Cream of the Crop, Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, Sylvan Library, Lim-Dul's Vault, and Congregation at Dawn all set the top of your deck with whatever cards you want. In this deck that's going to be dragons 90% of the time.
Lurking Predators, Descendants' Path, and Intent, The Dreamer all let you play the top card of your library for free or for a severe discount. I also run Wild Pair to slam down multiple dragons a turn. Belbe's Portal, Hunting Grounds, and Quicksilver Amulet also let cheat them into play at instant speed and for less mana then their casting costs. Selvala's Stampede creates a conundrum at the table and usually lets you drop several permanents from your hand into play and get one creature off the top. Fist of Suns and Jodah, Archmage Eternal let you cast anything for 5 which is a significant discount on your commander and other cards.
Alternatively you can run a great graveyard based package with Reanimate, Animate Dead, Strands of Night, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Buried Alive, Entomb, Life from the Loam and other dredge cards and always tutor for Scion and Bladewing to get that all going.
I've always found dragons biggest weakness is their lack of interaction with what your opponents are doing. Aura Shards, Sarkhan's Unsealing, Warstorm Surge, Cyclonic Rift, Toxic Deluge, Cleansing Meditation, Vandalblast, and Austere Command take care of our opponents game plans swiftly with little or no impact on our board.

@Osbert, if you play this deck you'll find it runs very smooth as is with zero issues. All of those suggestions are for a different dragon deck design that simply does not fit my playstyle or execute any goals for this deck, and adding any of those would take away from this deck's flow. Thank you for the suggestions.

How about a Icefall Regent and a Gauntlet of Power or Doubling Cube

Joker207755, Icefall is meh, I don't like providing my opponents benefits, and doubling cube isn't good early game.
I try to have impactful dragons, Gauntlet won't benefit all my dragons since 5 colors, and my deck needs to be explosive early on.
Thank you for your suggestions.

Or a funny one is Guild Feud but I know it’s not the theme but it’s really funny when it works great. I used it in a beast tribal deck and it worked very good.lol

Commander_JAR Oh trust, it definitely used to be around 40% but these winged cuties are still growing with raw POWER :P

I would cut True conviction for another ramp spell. With a commander so expensive, you definitely need more ramp. Maybe even a sneak attack effect? +1

Have u considered Patriarch's Bidding or Living Death ? I have used both to great effect in my Ur-Dragon deck.

Thanks for the input Vlasiax. It's a fairly new deck so I am still working out the kinks. I agree one of the downsides is needing to ramp since all the dragons cost a lot. I use the 3 drop ramp cards because ideally, I'd like to have an opening hand of 2-3 lands with a 3 drop ramp so that puts me where I need but I also don't want to dilute the deck. I enjoyed your list and upvoted it as well, thank you for sharing :)
