This is my first attempt at building a deck. It started when I first saw Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and wondered what sort of fun I could have with making big creatures. Getting an Archangel of Thune in the mix opened up a lot of possibilities as far as making all of my creatures bigger ever turn. Archangel of Thune plus a Nyx-Fleece Ram or two and maybe a Horizon Chimera is a lot of fun with everything getting a lot bigger every turn.

I'm a bit unsure of the control mix, and wondering if I may have gone a bit far with it. Gods Willing is nice to help keep important creatures alive, and Negate and Dissolve can also help with that as well as preventing other threats. Detention Sphere and Banishing Light are nice to help remove some big early threats, or to get an Archangel back from another sphere/banishing light.

In the sideboard I have Fiendslayer Paladin to help with the black match ups and Ready / Willing to hopefully help out against a Supreme Verdict. The Mistcutter Hydra is there mostly because it seems like it could be handy, but I didn't really have any other ideas.
