Suicide Black deck I'm running on a budget. Would like to keep it in the Modern format, and would also like to keep it mono-black. This is my second deck I've made so any help or advice would be appreciated.

Got a lot of 1-2 drops that will whittle them down early game (with Geralf's Messenger for extra mid game pressure). Duress is just good at realizing what they're up to and might help take out a combo (thinking of getting Distress but that's a whole extra mana), and Bile Blight is good mono-black board wipe. And, if necessary I have Dark Favor and Bump in the Night to help me finish the game faster.

Rite of Consumption because it could potentially synergize well with Death's Shadow (imagine you're at 3 hp, then you just do a 3 mana drop 10 damage, 10 lifegain).

Lastly, Bloodchief Ascension helps me stall if the game isn't ending by turn 5/6.
