This is a an Disruptive deck at the core. Mana rocks ramp into a fast Queen Marchesa, providing you a free card advantage engine. Soft stax pieces like Aven Mindcensor and Blind Obedience slow the game down for your opponents, giving you time to use extra cards to stabilize your board state. Essentially, you just want to ramp and disrupt until your draw engine eventually assembles a game winning combo.

The deck uses Kiki-Jiki/ Splinter Twin + Village Bell-Ringer/ Restoration Angel as a convenient 2 card combo with redundant backup pieces for both halves of the combo. Splinter Twin only combos with Bell Ringer, but it's good to not have the entire deck just fold if Kiki gets exiled. Various token generators exist in the deck mosyly to help protect Monarch status. But they can act as a backup wincon in a pinch.
