Budget deck that uses ramp ups to get core creatures like Archdruid on the battlefield fast and use the spike in Mana gain to put a lot of creatures on the battlefield and have them benefit from the fact that their all elves to give them a lot of +1/+1. Ideally the match would go like this:

1st turn: land + llanowar or mystic 2nd turn: land + Archdruid 3rd turn: land + paragon + dwynen's Elite + dwynen's Elite 4th turn: clancaller + warcaller (4 times kicked + paragon's counter) And attack for 38 trample damage and extra 17 non trample damage

If it moves to a longer match use door of Destinies, vanquisher's banner and lurking predators to get an advantage with more +1/+1, card drawing and the ability to play when opponent plays.
