Vengevine
Overview
The Dredgevine strategy revolves around pitching multiple Vengevine to the graveyard and exploiting the use of cheap creatures to bring their vicious tendrils back to the realm of the living. There are many variations to the strategy, but this Jund (B/R/G) version utilizes a red splash for Faithless Looting, the ever-popular Lightning Bolt, and a couple efficient creatures. This deck is all about pressing the pedal to the floor and not letting up until that 20 turns to a solid 0strich egg.
Beaters
Vengevine - This guy is special. There's a reason why the deck is named after him - a "free" hasty beatdown on a stick is nothing to scoff at. Use in tandem with one of the discard outlets and it won't be hard to pull off a victory before the turn clock hits five.
Bloodghast - Landfall + Fetchlands = Comeback Kid. Prepare to watch your opponent writhe in frustration as they try to get rid of this persistent fellow. They better exile him in a hurry or else they will be staring down his frame. Again. And again. Ditch to the yard, play a fetch (or crack a fetch) to keep the threat alive.
Gravecrawler - Cheap zombie that just. won't. die. Starting to see the trend? Being able to cast this when another zombie is on the field provides a key enabling function to activate our Vengevines. And, since it only costs B, we can easily cast multiples in a turn and get back in the game after a board wipe.

Credit for the original version of the deck, prior to tweaks, goes to Luke Russell who played this deck in the 2014 Modern State Championships in Nebraska.
