This deck rose for my need to use Vedalken Shackles in a blue deck.

Extremely fun to play though a bit tricky to use. The idea is to use Vedalken Shackles / Threads of Disloyalty to steal a creature then turn it into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. The rest of the cards are there for support / control.

If the opponent is not letting you nab creatures then make your own with lands / planeswalkers.
