I like the concept, I wanna see this deck become a thing and improve before rotation.

Everyone i have seen so far mainboards fated over spark jolt or voyages

Fated is sideboarded to fit my meta. We have more ppl trying to aggro their way to a fast win. So I have it sided for the few that don't rush.

why play Tormenting Voice if you are in blue colors? is strictly worse than almost any sorcery speed blue draw spell i can think of...

I find that its quicker when I need the extra draw. And late game it gives me something to do with extra lands in hand. But what would you recommend that would be just as quick.

in a deck like this, probably 3x Dig Through Time, you're not currently using your graveyard to fuel any other delve cards and if you're planing on playing them later game anyways then they are just as cheap and are great problem solvers. I'd even say Treasure Cruise works as well though in control-ish decks DTT I think is a better option.

Weave Fate & Jace's Ingenuity, even though they are 4 & 5 cmc respectively, come in at instant speed, meaning you can eot cast them and still have full mana up to use the drawn cards.

I do see your points behind using voice, if it works I'd certainly not naysay it, but there are other options worth trying out at least.

Thanks I do have one Dig Through Time, I may try it. I will certainly fool around a little more.
