In your colors, I feel that Grim Monolith Power Artifact and Exsanguinate make a better win con. Seeing as DEN only interacts with Sharuum, (admittedly a powerful interaction) and Iona, I feel as if running the monolith, and Power Artifacts are equally good seeing that neither of the combo pieces are super amazing by themselves, and you can tutor for every single piece with Muddle the Mixture Shred Memory and Dimir Infiltrator . in addition to your black tutors.

or Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage .

I feel that two infinite combo wincons are better than one. So I like to use Mindcrank and guild mage as one wincon and Infinite mana + Blue Sun's Zenith as the other. Infinite mana and Blue Sun's are also just good on thier own, too.

I personally like running tons of counter spells, I know your commander basically prevents them from interrupting your plays, but I still prefer the extra insurance.

I would say Isochron Scepter is taking up a spot. You only have 5 targets for it, and while they're all good targets, the likelihood of actually having one in hand when you cast the scepter is too small for my own comfort level.

Why are you playing cancel? Virtually any other 3 mana counterspell would be better.

Also, maybe add Telepathy ? It would give you better choices when it comes to picking an opponent for your turn.

This is a nasty deck. I'd absolutely hate to play against it. As for trying to fit in Bribery , maybe let go of Lightning Greaves ? That's the only thing I can think of that seems the best bet for keeping synergy.

Missing the Time Stop to completely deny someone their turn.

Seems a bit expensive but maybe on Isochron Scepter ....

Isochron Scepter can't imprint it(Cmc is more than 2); But you cast Time Stop when someone casts a combo peice, and it exiles that peice. Or if it's something that's really annoying to get rid of.

There is virtually no reason as to why Arcane Sanctum should not be in here, I would recommend dropping a plains for it, as white is the color that is the least repersented here. Venser, Shaper Savant and Snapcaster Mage are all but staples in blue. If you can find one on the cheep Enlightened Tutor is really good at finding your 'I cast your deck' combo peace. Celestial Dawn is another of the 'I can cast all your cards regardless of color' cards that is fairly cheep to acquire. I would also recommend dropping Fated Retribution for Cyclonic Rift , rift is like retribution on steriods, and only needs 1 blue source as opposed to the 3 white sources that retrubution costs. Careful with Mind Unbound , I've decked myself with it. Kinda often in control grind games. Make sure you can bounce or give it away or destroy it so you don't kill yourself with it lol.
