I forgot to mention, Token doubling cards like Parallel Lives, Parallel Evolution, or Doubling Season are always helpful and Swarmyard is a great land to keep your important squirrels alive.

Why not just add Rhys the Redeemed, good effect too

thanks for the advice. Im currently not going to put in too much money to this deck so that kind of limit's my ability to use great weapons like Doubling Season but i do plan to remove some of that less useful flying defense and replace it with Arbor Elf until I can get something different.
Rhys the Redeemed looks cool but I doubt ill need to use the 6 cost ability enough to justify fitting it in
I love Swarmyard and have never heard of it until now.

Maybe consider Coat of Arms over Door of Destinies? You wouldn't have to worry about casting the spells to get charge counters. Just name "squirrels" then for each one down they get stronger.
Also Doubling Season would take this to the next level. Plus if you hae a long game and get more than one down they stack. Two of them and one Squirrel Nest can get you 8 tokens by tapping one land.

you are definitely right about Coat of Arms and either doubling season or parallel lives are on my list too

Parallel Lives would come out a turn earlier, meaning more squirrels faster, and the only thing that would benefit from the extra effect of Doubling Season is a single Bow of Nylea. In my opinion Parallel Lives would be the better option of the two.

I am always excited for a good squirrel deck. Yours looks pretty interesting.
If I may suggest the Lure+Druid's Call+Squirrel Mob combo that is always fun (also triggers your Eidolon of Blossoms) and can make boo-koo squirrels. Also, Overrun is a must for any squirrel deck, but can be replaced with Kamahl, Fist of Krosa or as I just recently realized Garruk Wildspeaker.
I know flyers can be scary against a squirrel deck, but in my experience its better to focus on just pumping out the rodents and overwhelm them instead of trying to stop air creatures. I'd maybe keep one or two Silklash Spider around but lose the Deadly Recluse and Windstorm.
Here is a deck I run that is pretty effective if you would like to see another iteration of a squirrel deck: Awe Nuts...
