Ozzmium you clearly don't understand the deck, also you assume this isn't meta tuned which btw it is, Auriok is main anytime Burn and/or Rx aggro is popular. Heavy yard hate is needed as Dredge is terrible matchup and Tokens has always run 2-4 hard answers to GY decks completely aware they shut down Lingering Souls. Lantern is not favored at all, the artifact hate is for Ad Nauseum, Tron, etc as well. Explosives is always run lately for Infect, Bogles, Elves, Merfolk, etc. Before you go after card choices you might want to think about what they're being run for.

Have you thought about running Selfless Spirit in the side?
December 1, 2016 8:05 p.m.
frogkill45 yeah it's been on my list of cards to get for my extended sideboard. But as my local meta doesn't have a lot of sweepers I can't justify spending the money at the moment.

I could see Sram's Expertise getting slotted in as a 1 or 2 of since it lets you get a free spot removel or anthem.
Fatal Push feels more at home in Abzan/Jund since those decks will have more fetches to trigger the Revolt clause. It will still probably get traded for it due to it being faster to cast with the upside of maybe hitting big creatures like Kalitas or Siege Rhino after combat on your opponent's turn.

Ozzmium, Happymaster19: Fatal Push is a automatic 4 of actually, that's the general consensus of myself and the rest of the tokens community on MTGSalvation after a lot of discussion. Murderous Cut and Smother both get booted for it. As for Sram's Expertise it's unlikely to see play as it's 4cmc and cannot be played T3 at all, the tokens don't have any evasion, and it competes too heavily with the walkers for a spot in the curve.

Expertise was just high hopes. Free Bitterblossom or Expertise into an anthem seems okay. Fatal Push might sincerely be the new premier one mana removal for all black decks. I'm picking up my copies asap. Blog has been printed a million times and still commands over $2/pop and Path to Exile had just gotten ridiculous. I'm nabbing copies of Push before every format adopts it.

I have done extensive testing with Hidden Stockpile and I honestly believe that it has a place in our deck. I think 2 is the best number for them. I have only 2 Fatal Push currently in the deck, and I agree that 3=4 is right, but I am struggling to find room for more. I am considering going down from 2 to 1 Thoughtseize in order to add a 3rd Push.

Cool deck. You have 16 cards total that either remove cards from hand, or from the battlefield. That's a really high number. If it were me, I would remove some of those cards in favor of Soul Warden and Dark Confidant.
Other than that, Elspeth, Knight-Errant would be really good, and it's cmc is just low enough to run it with Dark Confidant, so long as you still have the life gain from Soul Warden and Sorin, Solemn Visitor. One copy of Secure the Wastes is a nice top-deck in the late game as well, and is only one point of damage if you draw it off of confidant.
March 27, 2017 11:33 p.m.
Stephencliffe Dark Confident can't be run in Tokens, there's 8+ cards with CMC 4-6, and Soul Warden is awful outside of Sisters. The 8/8 discard/removal split is exactly where you want to be. Elspeth used to be run but Gideon is just better everytime.

What's your opinion on Hidden Stockpile and Foul-Tongue Shriek?
April 1, 2017 9:40 a.m.
neosapien both absolute garbage, borderline unplayable in pretty much any format.
April 1, 2017 11:13 a.m.
Haha, thank you for being extremely clear about that. Sram's Expertise???
April 1, 2017 11:47 a.m.
neosapienSram's is rather gimmicky and the tokens don't fly, Mentor just turns on removal and further clogs up the 3cmc slot.
April 2, 2017 8:48 a.m.
Westvale Abbey Flip worth a single spot? I admit that this is how I need to build my deck lol
April 2, 2017 9:58 a.m.
neosapien no it's pretty much too slow, forces you to sacrifice your entire field to get one creature, and turns on removal.

What is your opinion on Brutal Hordechief and does this seem better than Sram's Expertise?
April 8, 2017 8:17 p.m.
neosapien creatures in general are bad unless they've got a specific purpose like Auriok Champion, Kor Firewalker, Selfless Spirit, etc.
April 8, 2017 9:15 p.m.
What you think about Dark Confidant or Asylum Visitor for card draw? I could see this running low on draw is all I'm thinking now.
April 21, 2017 11:31 p.m.
neosapien the deck doesn't need draw, it relies on virtual card advantage and draw effects actually screw up the built in redundancies. Dark Confidant is also a very bad idea as there are 10 cards with Cmc 4-6 in the mainboard.

In your description, you say burn is a good match up. In my experience, (and the experience of everyone I have talked to both in person and on the interwebz), the opposite is true and the deck relies heavily on sb to make it even just a 50/50 match. What makes you feel that burn is a good match up for b/w tokens?

Auriok doesn't belong in the 60, and your choice in sideboard is questionable at best.
I would honestly sit down and look at what cards are in your sideboard, and decide whether or not they're needed. You have tons of artifact hate, but the deck is favored against affinity and lantern control. You have engineered explosives, despite being the best deck in terms of going wide. You have broad grave hate, even though the best card in your deck becomes a worse Raise the Alarm when you don't flashback.
Your 60 seems alright, but those 15 need to be overhauled and streamlined.
