Someone cast Grand Arbiter Augustin IV last time I played commander and slowed the game down, and made everyone miserable. Immediately I knew I had to have him as my commander. So I threw together a deck with plenty of tax effects to make everyone hate me.

The main win condition is to make everyone scoop in frustration. If that doesn't work then I have Azor's Elocutors and Darksteel Reactor if I can drag the game on long enough. If not, AEtherling should be able to get the job done. Alternatively, I can steal other people's stuff and just beat on them with that.

I'm still new to this so as always, suggestions, comments, advice and criticism are all welcome.
