I haven't played with Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter for a long time. I have to say, i have never 1 hit somebody so hard in my life. This guy can get huge. Plus the life gain can get ridiculous, so you can stay in the fight longer. Also hes like 1$ some of the most bang for your buck.
