If you want help with this deck I don't mind spending some time helping you improve it for tournaments but your going to need to be prepared to put a decent amount of money into upgrading it as well as give me some guidelines on the direction you want your deck to take. Is it aiming to be a control deck, or midrange deck, etc.

It's aiming to be a WU control deck, splashing green for some removal and assault formation. It's supposed to play early game defense, and then drag the game out with control and removal. It finishes with either Ojutai or assault formation.

I want this to be budget friendly, so no fetches, but I can do temples. I also want to make the deck more consistent by removing all of the one ofs, but I need some help narrowing down the list, since all of these creatures were essential in prerelease.

Thank you for taking the time for helping me with this deck.

let's start with the land base then if your trying to go budget with no fetches then I suggest 3x Tranquil Cove, 3x Blossoming Sands, 3x Thornwood Falls, 3x Temple of Enlightenment, 3xTemple of Plenty, 3xTemple of Mystery, 2x Plains, 1x Forest, 1x Island.

I hope this helps if you want you can do some play testing with it and see what changes you might want to make to tailor it to your preferences.

How's this?

I probably wouldn't run Erase or Negate in the main board but it definitely looks better probably won't get you far at a major tournament but you could probably play it at your local fnm location.

It seems unnecessary to add green into the deck with this current configuration. you only have five creatures in the deck that actually benefit from Assault Formation, and otherwise it is a dead card. I would recommend to simply drop green and go for the U/W plan instead. You'll have a more stable mana base.

I would take out 2xAssault Formation for 2xMyth Realized. This is a must if you aim to make the deck tournament playable. Also you should consider Kiora, the Crashing Wave.

Hello!

Well, let's go:

Myth Realized is a card that fits better in proactive strategies, im not really certain about it in a reactive-control build.

Why you arent running Dig Through Time here? It's Awesome!

Also, i would trade Pearl Lake Ancient by the second Elspeth, Sun's Champion. She's very far more reliable.

Where's Disdainful Stroke? Theyre 4-of most in every blue-based control serious deck on Standard. Move the Erase and Nullify to SB and bring Disdainful Stroke to your deck. It hits Siege Rhino, Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Whip of Erebos and a lot of threats on Standard.

End Hostilities should be on MB too. Your deck is very inconsistent, advise you to revise the entire list.

Hope it helps you.

If you have some experience on Commander, please, check my list and gimme some feedback:

You need to switch out Cancel for Dissipate, mainly because of that annoying Deathmist Raptor. That's all I can think of at the moment. If I remember any more I'll get back to you.
