Edit (April 6): Removed 4x Reflector Mage for 2x Anticipate and 2x Foul-Tongue Invocation . Removed 2x Descend upon the Sinful for 2x Planar Outburst .

Based on regression analysis, with 19 sorcery or instant spells, the deck would have an 84% chance of drawing 4 of these cards by turn 15. The previous version of the deck only had 15 such cards, and the odds of drawing 4 cards to enable Thing in the Ice   to flip was too low. Hopefully this updated version is more consistent.

Planar Outburst synergies better with Ruinous Path and Scatter to the Winds , not to mention the lower casting cost.
