Nature's Claim or good old Naturalize, something to deal with artifacts and enchantments would be useful.

10 creatures is too few. Run at least 12.
Some amount of Birds of Paradise might actually be warranted. Most of your creatures are 2-drops and just die to removal the turn you play them. Birds help you play them with protection up and gives you mana to make fast kills happen easier.
+2 Pendelhaven if you have access to them.
Livewire is really, really clunky. Wouldn't play it.
Where is Might of Old Krosa? It's pretty much the best pump spell - certainly better than Groundswell or GGrowth.
Do you just not have access to good sideboard cards or why are you running stuff like Prey Upon and Prey's Vengeance in your sideboard? They seem bad.
Gitaxian Probe is an automatic 4-of if you can get them.

It is a budget deck... Those are things that cost money...

I agree with what 326 suggested. Needs more creatures. I've playtested your deck a few times and that is the primary issue I've encountered. When your deck works, its beautiful. I've had it hit for 9 poison counters on turn 2 a couple of times. Unfortunately, it's lost a few times simply because there aren't enough creatures...
I don't have a solid suggestion regarding what cards to shelve in favor of what added creature cards, though. Sorry!

Adding some Cathedral of War could make a nice addition. Treat them as Noble Hierarch instead of cutting lands for them.
When I used a mono-green version I ran some trample pumps like Predator's Strike, allowing you to get through tokens/chump blockers.

In this deck, I have too many inexpensive cards that only require Green mana, so no colorless lands.
Rancor serves to give me Trample. I like it more than Predator's Strikein this...

When you've got more money, add in 2 or 3 Pendelhaven & a playset of Inkmoth Nexus into the mana base.

This is a very budget deck. In my description, I mention how those cards would help if you had more money, but not with the restrictions I set in place.
Thanks anyway.
Also, although I mention above how you shouldn't have colorless lands in this deck Inkmoth Nexus is a clear exception to that.

In your description you mention modern. Is this modern legal?
March 20, 2016 10:35 a.m.
It would be modern legal without Invigorate. To make it Modern, just take out the Invigorates and add some other pump spell. It was originally made with modern in mind, but I added invigorate, so...

Thanks. I really want to branch into modern but my budget just won't allow building a tier 1 deck. This looks like tons of fun to play and I may try to put this together. +1 for sure

This is my first try for modern.Trondrazi v2.0
I built this because I already own most of the cards.

Martyr of Spores seems awesome to enable some seriously bullshit wins.
March 22, 2016 12:07 a.m.
For Martyr of Spores- the fact that we have to show our hand hurts a little.
It won't often give more than 4, and we have 1 mana cards that give +4/+4, so this wouldn't be that efficient.
