So, you wanted to play with a library this game? Well, this deck's main goal, like all other mill decks is to prevent your opponents from using their libraries, because you'll have milled it away. Please feel free to comment any suggestions you might have. All feedback will be taken into full consideration and used to better the deck. Another thing to keep in mind, I've wanted to keep this deck kind of budget, and look for cheap(er) mill cards.
