Introduction

Kadena is a morph deck commander. Morph creatures by themselves are not really good in my opinion. Morph effects can usually find its counterpart in enter the battlefield effects, (e.g. Den Protector and Eternal Witness, Chromeshell Crab and Gilded Drake, etc.)and latter is always more cost efficient. Thus if efficiency is what you are after, you might as well play Chulane, Teller of Tales who also can help you ramp as well as draw cards. The real charm of playing Kadena and morph creatures is the fact that you play them face down so you opponents have no idea what will hit them later.

Infinite Combos

Cloudstone Curio/Equilibrium helps to bounce faced up morph creatures back so we can utilize them again. Go wide, bump and hit for the win!
