Trying to have some fun budgeting one of my favorite modern decks. Not as efficient or consistent by any means but that happens without too many expensive cards. The deck can be made even more budget by removing a few cards but they were added because I own them in paper and I use these decklists to purchase cards from time to time.

It does what its supposed to do, not much more to say. Discard is pretty simple, but adding red gives great utility in Dreadhorde Arcanist, which functions as a blocker and allows the recasting of many 1 cost discard spells. Aside from spells, the deck relies on Tourach, Kroxa, and Waste Not to keep yourself protected and capitalize on an empty board. Don't be afraid to cast Kroxa as a 2 mana discard spell instead of focusing on filling the graveyard, especially with Lurrus, the main change of this deck from a typical Rack deck, who can let you play Kroxa every turn, as well as recur Dreadhorde Arcanist, Tourach, Waste Not, and The Rack.
