Except for lands, it's a permanent free burn deck! There are definitely changes I would make if I were going for straight up Red Deck Win (Vexing Devil Hellspark Elemental, etc.) But I'm happy with it just working at all without ANY permanents. This means I also refrained from Quest for True Flame and Isochron Scepter as well.
