Burn deck built around Kess, Dissident Mage. In general, just keep chucking burn spells at opponents to whittle down their life, cast them again from the graveyard, and copy them to deal more damage at once. With enough mana, an X spell like Comet Storm, Exsanguinate, or Fireball can take them out.

While it's not primarily a combo deck and doesn't have tutors, there is an infinite combo. Ghostly Flicker can be used to repeatedly flicker Gilded Lotus and either Archaeomancer or Ardent Elementalist. This gives unlimited instant casting triggers or storm count, making any of Empty the Warrens, Grapeshot, Tendrils of Agony, Guttersnipe or Young Pyromancer the final piece needed to win.
