This is my take on the Blistercoil Weird + Paradise Mantle storm deck. It can combo T2 maybe one in ten times, and combo T3 maybe 80% of the time, with the T4 almost certain if played right.

However, this isn't important. What matters to me are the Wisps. I know better options are available, but I can't get over the awesome time wasting of 3 maindeck Niveous Wisps . So you're rolling along, combo ready and rolling T2, your opponent is staring in horror, and then... they start laughing. With glee. At your horrible, horrible deckbuilding error. As you tap for white, and throw Niveous Wisps onto the stack.

But, of course, I've thought about this. It still works. Tap for white, use white to cast, casting triggers untap, the effects of wisps go on the stack and... drum roll please... you tap for the color of your next spell and laugh at your opponent (laughing doesn't use the stack).

Very risky, very stupid, and very rewarding. All of the Wisps, all of the lolz. Otherwise, it works pretty well, though obviously is non-competitive.

+1 for troll rules lawyering, +1 for T2, or +1 for all of the Wisps. Lol for free!
