Rin and Seri, Inseparable is a great token production engine when combined with "Changeling" spells (e.g. Realmwalker and Shields of Velis Vel ); each Changeling generates 2 tokens (1 Dog and 1 Cat) for the price of 1 spell. Token doubling spells, such as Anointed Procession, Doubling Season, and Parallel Lives, lead to greater profit on token generation, with up to 16 tokens generated per 1 Changeling spell.

Since Rin and Seri, Inseparable is so vital to the deck's functionality, there will also be a Voltron theme incorporated into the deck, to ensure that the commander is difficult, if not impossible, to kill. Some of the best Equipments and Auras used are: Hammer of Nazahn, Nim Deathmantle, Shield of Kaldra, Felidar Umbra, Flickerform, and Shield of the Oversoul.

The commander's converted mana cost of 4 makes it expensive if it does happen to get removed from the battlefield, and needs to be cast again from the command zone. The ramp package for this deck includes spells like Cultivate, Harrow, and Rampant Growth, along with Crop Rotation to swap any land for a Gaea's Cradle or Serra's Sanctum. Ancient Tomb and Temple of the False God grant additional mana advantage.

Once Rin and Seri, Inseparable have enough equipment and auras to protect them from enemy forces, one of the deck's alternative win conditions, Mayael's Aria, will be ready to play. The commander starts at 4/4, and with the addition of Equipment and Aura cards, like Champion's Helm, Sword of Kaldra, and Boar Umbra, the commander will be at 20 power in no time.

With all of the tokens that Rin and Seri, Inseparable end up generating, it may be worth it to beef up your forces with cards like Gavony Township, Mayael's Aria, and Mirror Entity. Though, this is mostly a secondary theme which is an optional late game win condition. Most of the time, tokens should be used as 1/1 chump blockers, fodder for Skullclamp, and ETB triggers for Aura Shards.

At this point I am trying to make the deck as consistent as possible. It's only job is to get Rin and Seri, Inseparable into play, equip and enchant them with cards that make them indestructible, hexproof, etc., and then play Changeling spells to generate a token army of kitties and puppies to overwhelm my opponents. Ideally, there will be enough tokens generated by mid to late game in order to begin shooting each opponent for lethal damage one turn at a time with the commander's 3 mana activated ability.

If my token army falls due to mass destruction effects, then I can still count on commander damage from Rin and Seri, Inseparable to finish off my opponents. If the commander is ever removed, as difficult as it may be for my opponents to accomplish, the deck pretty much shuts down until the commander can can get back on the board. These are obviously the sort of decks that ought to be avoided, but I find them to be fun when and if they do work.
