Dimir Mill Deck.

Milling gets Jace's Phantasm to 5/5 fairly quickly, and at a cost of only 1CMC that's hard to beat. Fog Bank offers solid protection (considering getting some Hedron crabs as well). Clash of Wills is the primary counterspell. If they're able to get some creatures out to pose a threat, Icy Blast can tap them to buy time. Milling is done passively with Sphinx's Tutelage or Jace's Erasure, as well as actively with Mind Sculpt, Tome Scour , and Talent of the Telepath , as well as with the Planeswalker abilities of Jace Beleren and Jace, Memory Adept.
