Time to choose your own adventure! Think carefully playing against this deck, and you will come out on top with some bumps and bruises. Make hasty decisions or poor judgement and become another victim to the God of Slaughter!

The whole point of this deck is to provide my opponent with as much power as possible; giving them the option to choose what effects the cards I play will have on the game. Most of the time the choice is between one option and a loss of life, but there are some other choices mixed in there as well.

Cards like Choice of Damnations and Browbeat really inspired this deck making a deck that was a "series of choices between bad and worse."

Some choices are blatant, such as with Browbeat and Blazing Salvo. Does my opponent take damage, or do they let me get what I want? Others are more subtle, like a suspended Curse of the Cabal. Over time the choices made for them will add up. I also have less choice-y cards like Dreadbore and Magmaquake in to deal with planeswalkers, as I don't otherwise have many answers to them.

Ultimately, I go into every game with this deck fully expecting to lose, but with the hope that I can make my opponent sweat and really think about what they are doing. I have a blast watching the person across from me squirm and really struggle to piece together their path to victory.
