This is my first time trying to write a primer, so be warned.

 Mulligans

Ideally I would want 3 lands, a mana rock and some sort of control in my opening hand such as Aven Mindcensor or Hullbreacher along with a card draw engine like Rhystic Study , Mystic Remora , ect.

But some cheap card draw and some lands will suffice.

I absolutely will not keep a hand with high cmc, or cards that are generally dead in the early game, like, Avacyn, Angel of Hope

 Turns 1-3

Try to either immediately start locking the game down, or drawing all the cards. Opposition Agent or Hullbreacher out early to stop combo decks and prevent your opponents searching for answers to your control.

 Turns 3-6

Here is when I try to really get a lock on the game by playing things like Winter Orb , Static Orb , and Dovescape or even just Sen Triplets for lands and cards if you can to gain card and board advantage. I like to try for Mycosynth Lattice + Karn, the Great Creator for a total shut down.

 Turns 6+

Try to win. This deck has a few ways it can win. You can generate infinite mana with Palinchron + Phantasmal Image and cast Blue Sun's Zenith on your opponents or use Capsize to bounce all opponents permanent's back to their hands. Or you can use Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Serenity with either Mycosynth Lattice or Enchanted Evening .
