Thanks for the comments man. I really appreciate it!
I need to test the Chasm Skulker , It seems like a solid card. The value of the Frost Lynx is that it can be bounced by the Quickling and really lock down the monster lists who tend to play one or two fatty's and hope to ride them to victory. And add in the other bounce spells for the none legendary fatty's and I can control the midrange deck pretty well. I like the idea of the skulker and I might add 2-3 of them to the deck to try out and see if I can find a good mix between the both of them.
Cyclonic Rift is great, it's going to rotate soon so I just forgot to think about it when putting the deck together. It's a strict upgrade in every way, the only thing I like with Void Snare is that it's a good card to pair with Illusory Angel .

ive spent many a rodin thinking man session on Faerie Impostor . give it one more go. i usually tried to toss around a couple Augury Owl . Omenspeaker is the STD option i guess, probably not as good though. why no thassa? should probably tweak the sligh in the name before joecoolmagic comes and spills his wisdom on exactly how this deck and this curve have nothing to do with 'ye olde sligh'.

also, lots of the powerhouse mono builds run a 4x scry land just for the scry...maybe Temple of Mystery just to minimize how useful it is to people who steal it with Nightveil Specter ?

This is a modern take on Sligh, and dose follow the old principles of the curve, synergies and creatures with a high P/T ratio to cost. But no, it's not the same as the old because it's more of an evolved version that uses the tools available to me while building of the old principles.
Faerie Impostor is a great card in an aggro deck like this, the problem with bouncing cmc2+ cards is that your trying to get midrange value out of a aggro/tempo play. Quickling would be better in a situation like the one your thinking about since it has flash and can be done EOT to max out on mana-efficiency. This deck will play faerie it on turn 1 with a Orni or on turn 2 to evolve 1-2 of your cloudfin's a second time. It's one of the reasons I don't want any temples, this is not really a midrange/midgame deck like the devotion based decks your thinking about. This is an aggro deck that wants to play on curve and an a Temple can effectively be a Time Walk when used in a deck like this. Also I have no problems with Nightveil Specter as I normally have bigger or equal flyers to brick it.
I just picked up 2 Thassa's and I'm going to give them a try and see if they work or not. The deck dose not generate a huge amount of devotion like the normal mono blue deck will. So I'll have to try and see if the tempo loss of playing a Thassa on turn 2-3 will be made up for by her scry and unblockable ability.

right on. the hall of triumph gets pretty potent looking at it like that. its probably worth playing around with it at 2x to see if the increased chance to drop it makes up for the potential for the dead draw via legendary. im not the type who likes to run 4x of a legendary just to ensure that it drops, i like to keep the options open, but anthems get pretty potent running weenie aggro like this. what are you using Hour of Need for mainly? offense or defense?

I used to have 2x Hall but found that I was sideing it out against most decks. So right now Im trying to see if I miss the second Hall.
Hour of Need is a superstar. I use it in respons to removal mostly. Or as an I Win button EOT if I can strive it and make 2 of my 1/1s into 4/4s and untap to kill my opponent :)

Cyclonic Rift is much better than Void Snare .
And I would run Chasm Skulker over Frost Lynx any day - I was surprised to see how fast it grew, and you also get Squids when it dies!
