Just making some decks, let me know what you think, how to improve or maybe you find something good for yourself.

This deck is about destroying your opponent's land, starving him of resources while killing of the early creatures whith cheap burn spells.



  • Support:

  • Simian Spirit Guide: Gives me that boost to get ahead in the game, a turn 1 land destroy is possible if the cards are wright. A turn 2 land destroy is more likely though.

  • Chandra, the Firebrand: She's a nice all-in-one package, her +1 isn't that great but it lends to a bit more burn or helps my removal capabilities to get rid of those thoughness 4 creatures. Her -2 is a great option either allowing me to copy one of my starve spells (like Molten Rain) to starve my opponent even more or to get the starve back on the table. Other then that i can copy my burn spells for removal or burn options whatever is needed most at the time or use it for a total boardwipe when used with Anger of the Gods. Lastly, her -6 is either a finisher or a desperation boardwipe. Of these abilities, i think i'll be switching between the +1 and the -2 the most.

  • Grim Lavamancer: He puts my cast spells back to use, he will be used as needed, if i need a creature removed he can do it or if no creature is on the battlefield he will be used for damage.

  • AEther Membrane : It has a good body and an ability that will delay my opponent. Allowing me to focus on destroying the lands, except of removing the creatures. When there are to many creatures on the field i can still use Anger of the Gods without killing the Membrane.


  • Wincon:

  • Koth of the Hammer: His +1 ability is really nice, either giving me a 4/4 to beat my opponent with after i used it for casting a spell or letting that 1 mana open so i can react with a Lightning Bolt or Fiery Temper. His -2 won't be used as much unless i'm forced to use my Boom s a lot on my moutains or if i need to play 2 starve spells to keep my opponent starved. Lastly, his -5 is practically a game-ender, it gives me the option to kill anything my opponent throws on the battlefield and to keep up the burn.

  • Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle: Some nice late game damage so even if i draw a lot of mountains i can still do damage.

  • Goblin Dark-Dwellers: A solid 4/4 body which keeps up the starvation.
