With your opening hand, you should have 3 or more lands. As long as you have that there is almost never a reason to mulligan. you can start with 2 lands its not overly risky and if you have a Sol Ring or a Thought Vessel in your hand it's completely fine. Basically, you want enough mana to play Selvala, Explorer Returned because she is what lets you have a low land count, and she draws you cards. Selvala can give you a lot of mana and you can play cards quickly.

Your win cards are in two categories, creatures, and everything else. The creatures that will win you the game are Serra Avatar, Crested Sunmare and any of the cards were they get buffed when you gain life. Also if Sunscorch Regent last a turn or 2 you can start doing a lot of damage with that. If you get Serra Ascendant out early on you can kill someone pretty fast. There are a few enchantments to give trample, lifelink, or something similar to your creatures.

The other win cards are pretty self explanatory Test of Endurance, Felidar Sovereign (I know its a creature but i'm putting it in this category), Aetherflux Reservoir and Storm Herd. Test of Endurance and Felidar Sovereign work best if flashed out at end of oppenents turn with Vedalken Orrery. There are also cards that aren't a win condition but help you get really help you get there like Rhox Faithmender, Boon Reflection, Mirari's Wake, Beacon of Immortality, and a few more that should be easy to spot.

All the other cards are either health gain, removal, or prevention. There is 1 creature board wipe Fumigate and an enchantment and artifact board wipe Fracturing Gust. The deck works against all types of decks but probably works best against creature decks because of prevention spells and Ghostly Prison. It's biggest weakness is it's really slow IF you cant get Selvala out by turn 3, but that's really easy to do and you shouldn't keep a hand unless you can do that. It's not great against control but if you draw into a win con you can still win and Sevala allows you to play cards real early so that control doesn't have enough mana for extra counter spells.

This deck is very consistent in gaining lots of life but the turn you win on depends on what win cards you draw into. I would love any kind of feedback and/or suggestions.

Thank you
