I would throw in 2 Brimaz, King of Oreskos in place of Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit and Archetype of Courage. My 2 cents but it seems the deck would run better with those him

Lifa Brimaz definitely could be a better option. Honestly I didn't include him because he's really expensive for a card about to rotate, and I can never seem to find anyone with a copy they want to trade. Its worth considering though, and if I do come across them I'll give it a try. When I put this together I was torn between two archetypes or two kin-tree spirits because they both make my creatures a good bit stronger. In retrospect the archetype probably has more of an impact at instant speed though. Bringing in a Savage Knuckleblade with first strike sounds pretty solid to me. While anafenza needs to survive long enough for the counters to make an impact.

How about a monastery mentor or two, because it will trigger of your companys and the commands, and you can get it out with the company.

You may want to try out some more mana dorks. Consistent turn 3 Collected Company can be pretty brutal. 2 Elvish Mystic or 2 Rattleclaw Mystic seems like it would make sense, probably instead of Athreos, God of Passage and Archetype of Courage.

Draglord_Sim Mentors a great card, but I really don't have enough spells for one. Even in the best case scenario a rabblemaster would just be better here. The reason I'm not running a full set of those though is because I really don't want to hit two on collected company.

TheFanatic Elvish mystic wouldn't work here because I have to have a green to play him and all he gives me is another green mana. The times I would be able to cast collected company sooner because of him wouldn't make up for the times I'd have an extra mana I can't use with a 1/1 body. Rattleclaw on the other hand would fit significantly better. I actually put the Sylvan Caryatids in their place originally, but I could try the build with both. Although, I don't think anyone here is giving Archetype of Courage enough credit. He's the best answer I could find to cards like Deathmist Raptor and Hornet Nest. First strike > deathtouch. I planned on including a few more copies in the sideboard, I guess I might as well keep all of them there though. Athreos and the kin-tree spirit are the cards that I think I could find better options for. While they're both great, the game would have to drag on for either to have much of an impact. And with this deck if the game goes too long I'm probably out.
