I would also suggest some mana rocks (particularly the signets) for speed and Burnished Hart for added ramp. Most of my suggestions are cards I use in my deck so you might want to check it out for ideas. Up to you. I'd like your suggestions for my Marchesa deck as well.

I don't know how I missed Unspeakable Symbol that's an amazing card for this deck. Blasphemous Act will find its place as well.
This deck desperately needs some ramp. Burnished Hart will work out nicely.
If budget is less of an issue for you guys than it is for me, I would suggest Sneak Attack .

I would sell my... something worth of value but I can live without, to be able to have a Sneak Attack . Lol.
How do you find your color fixing? I really do suggest signets, I find them as EDH staples especially for tri-colored decks. Chromatic Lantern is excellent tech as well for more color fixing. Vandalblast for artifact hate against your opponents since they'll probably be using mana rocks to ramp with themselves.
I just saw Xathrid Demon . I like. I'll think about adding him in my deck due to his burn effect. The only thing I have about it though is the CMC since I don't want the curve in my own deck to go any higher than what it is, even with rocks (3 B symbols is a bit heavy too). But I'll try to work around that once I have my other cards come in the mail. :)
Also, suggesting infect as an alternate wincon. Grafted Exoskeleton . Infect deals damage in the form of counters rather than lowering life so you can keep attacking the person with the highest life (if it's not you) and keep inflicting poison damage, triggering dethrone each time. Plus with Unspeakable Symbol + Mikaeus + Disciple of Bolas and you have something with infect on the field, killing someone via poison counters after you steal a creature and swing seems like an easy feat with Marchesa decks.
Take out Transguild Promenade . It'll cause you to lose tempo. Having to pay one mana in order to land drop is really bad. I'm not fond of Guildgates either. Jwar Isle Refuge I would consider taking out also since if you land drop it early and it's one of the early lands you draw into, your dethrone triggers won't work and slightly slow you down. Replace those three with regular lands or shocks if you have the cash to spare, or even a Rogue's Passage to give Marchesa or an infect creature if you decide to use it, an easy way to inflict combat damage with all the +1/+1 counters.

Trust me if I had the money or something of value to sell to get the money, Sneak Attack would be in there.
One of my goals is to keep this deck under $150 since that's all I have in my budget for this deck. I only have a few of the cards I need and I'll be buying the rest in late August. Chromatic Lantern is a possibility but it is more expensive then I'd like.
Signets are something I was already going to add I just couldn't figure out what to remove for them.
I have artifact destruction with Stingmoggie and Gate to Phyrexia already so I don't see much point in Vandalblast . What I need is enchantment destruction. Anybody plays Leyline of the Void as the deck is now and I might as well just scoop.
I like the idea for the Grafted Exoskeleton .
I think replacing any of my dual lands at this point with regular ones is a terrible idea since "color fixing" is one of this decks weak points at the moment. Better lands are out of the question for now, unless you can think of some good ones I missed for under $1.

Lol, that's the main problem with Grixis colors. Blue, black, and red (especially the latter two) are all horrible at enchantment destruction cuz there simply aren't any (at least none that I recall). Hell, they even used this fact in the Innistrad block story where Liliana couldn't destroy the Helvault since Black is really bad at artifact/enchantment removal. Lol.
The most you could do is bounce them via U cards or use artifacts. Cyclonic Rift and Steal Enchantment are some ideas, as well as Crosis's Charm . As for artifacts, Lux Cannon , Ratchet Bomb , Nevinyrral's Disk , and Worldslayer (a bit risky as this destroys lands but it's great late-game). Red also has Chaos Warp for targeted removal. You could also go for Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker but if someone counters it, you've wasted 8 mana and will lose even more tempo. And that's just bad news since you don't run counters yourself.
About the lands, if that's the case, then the lands should be fine as is. At least until you're able to upgrade in the near future. :)

If you decide on any of the above artifacts, adding Fabricate would be good as well to fetch the enchantment destruction in case Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace show up early. Could even use it to search for rocks.
The only problem is what to take out. Lol. I'm not familiar with your meta, so I'm just offering general suggestions.

A possible way of dealing with counterspells is to use Omen Machine , this way possible counters that can be played is the ones already in their hands. Also, if you want to really maximize the +1/+1 counters, I'd suggest running some proliferate in there as well. Spells like Inexorable Tide outta help out with that. If you want any more ideas, i'd suggest looking at my deck, Proliferate ALL THE COUNTERS!!! or the updated version I made. Zombie-Proliferate If you do go for the proliferate ability, Astral Cornucopia would be a great addition because you can proliferate the charge counters, as well as Altar of Shadows .

The problem with proliferate is that it only adds counters to things that already have counters. Marchesa, the Black Rose 's ability works as long as there is one counter on a creature. I'd much rather focus on making sure every creature has a counter than adding them to creatures that already have them.

No Unspeakable Symbol ? And Blasphemous Act . I like how your deck is going, some of it is similar to mine but I actually got some ideas in here for my own Marchesa deck I'm building. :) Mine is more combo-based burn.
+1 from me.
