Dark Rage is based off of a few main points: Using Courser of Kruphix to gain massive amounts of life, destroying the enemy(s)'s best cards in various ways*, & overpowering the enemy with either powerful creatures** or many small creatures. Sideboard cards can be added in depending on the situation, ie -- Dark Betrayal s if an opponent has a black deck, or the Eyeblight Assassin s & Deadbridge Shaman if you need more Elves to go with Dwynen.

This deck is an improved version on (Old) Dark Rage. I decided not to do an update on that page because it is still a playable deck.

NOTE: TappedOut's database does not include Plummet , Flesh to Dust , & Terra Stomper in the Magic Origins set printing, however I do have those cards.
