I pretty much changed the entire deck composition to make it more budget-friendly and to focus more on Ghirapur AEther Grid. By utilizing Sigil of Valor, I can swing with only one creature each turn, leaving the rest to block and, more importantly, to tap at the opponent's end step to trigger Ghirapur AEther Grid. Alchemist's Vial synergizes well with Sigil of Valor if the opponent only has one creature that can block, and also is good card draw that also helps with Ghirapur AEther Grid pings, as do cheap artifact creatures such as Bonded Construct, Ornithopter, and of course all the thopter tokens; all of these also beef up Sigil of Valor.

P.S.: Hangarback walker is within budget for me only because I pulled one from a pack.
