This deck is based around one starement my friend made to me:Blue and Green decks aren't any good.So I decided to build a blue green deck based off tapping your creatures, then untapping them. the main card in this deck is Fledgling Mawcor. You swing with him, then untap him, tap him to deal one damage, and then on your oppenents turn, do it again. It's mostly blue, but it is still a green blue.
