Your regular Affinity is here except for some necessary omissions/modifications to keep the budget down.
1] Most will first observe the lack of Mox Opal in the deck. Price wise this was the most expensive card to take care of replacing. It seems completely unorthodox but against cheap Burn decks with some serious artifact hate like Vandalblast, Welding Jar with 0 cost can help more as the tempo given by Mox Opal is most of the time held back by cards like Abrade, Vandalblast, Anger of Gods or Hurkyl's Recall.
2] By replacing four Glimmervoid Lands with Spire of Industry we spare ourselves around 70E with a land that is in the end more versatile. Actually after Spire of Industry I cannot find any serious reason in playing Glimmervoid.
3] Leaving Inkmoth Nexus out of the deck spares some serious amount of dollars and not going the infect way means that Archbound Ravager is easier to leave out also.
4] Steel Overseer never really managed to stay alive in the battlefield. Perhaps all decks I have been playing against were really into artifact hate and thus the two mana cost only diminished my tempo without too much advantage in the longer term.
5] Vault Skirge also stayed in the Sideboard. I have been mainboarding them only against some green or white decks that where in lack of any flyers or creatures with reach. Usually, losing 2 life for each one of them if we dont have a Spire of Industry or a Springleaf Drum is not to be neglected. Especially against artifact hate decks it was almost as choosing to lose 2 life without any gain.
6] The places of Vault Skirge, Steel Overseer and Arcbound Ravager were taken by some lovely Frogmite and Etched Champion creatures that quickly do the job unless we are playing against Affinity.
7] Playing two-headed giant format or against some izzet dragon control decks made me mainboard two copies of Dispatch for the extra control.
The Sideboard is quite common for an affinity deck except for replacing the Ancient Grudge with Abrade for that extra burn control and Spell Pierce that saved me quite some times against a turn four wipe with Shatterstorm.
With the above modifications the deck has been extremely resilient against most of the decks and instead of paying over 700 Euros we can build this with less than 100 Euros.
