Mono blue turbo time deck for pioneer. Even if we can't play Time Warp or Temporal Mastery, we can still use 3 cards for this effect in pure blue deck with Alrund's Epiphany, Part the Waterveil and Temporal Trespass.

As we need a draw engine for maximum gain on extra turns, we use Dictate of Kruphix and Narset, Parter of Veils.

For not dying, early interactions are Brazen Borrower (story part), Censor and Jwari Disruption  . There is also Cyclonic Rift that can be also used as a proxy extra turn with overload if you have enough mana. Divide by Zero, Engulf the Shore should also work afterwards.

Combos work with narset with Day's Undoing (also help not dying of self mill) and Geier Reach Sanitarium, it also blocks your opponent of extra cards with kruphix.

Game can be won with Brazen Borrower as 3 damage per extra turn is great, Hall of Storm Giants, Part the Waterveil that can make a really big island creature, and Mascot Exhibition.
