Alright, with the allied colored fetch's I thought it was time to brew up some deck ideas from every bodies favorite strategy: DELVER.Here is a play by play of the deck:(Sorry if there are typos)

Delver of secrets: cheap and effective pressure. One of the best one drops ever printed, fits into the deck wonderfully.Young pyromancer: a low cmc card that can provide an advantage that keeps up with an opponents more expensive threats. With grixis charms +2/+0 ability this card is arguably more important to the design then delver of secrets. It's weakness is that it can be killed easily. So be careful, if he is your only threat in hand you may want to play him conservatively.Snapcaster Mage: slightly ninergistic with tombstalker, but ultimately worth it in power. Snaps can provide an extra burn spell, smooth out your draws, or just be a threat. He can do everything your spells can do better. I went with him over dark confidant because I felt that the deck had too few lands to support bob without massive loss. Also running bod would make gitaxian probe worse, and removing gitaxian probe would make young pyromancer worse. Snaps also means our burn matchup is better, which has become more important recently.Tombstalker: Most delver decks in legacy don't run him because there is usually something that makes him bad. Dark confidant, or tarmogoyf for example, And ultimately people decide they'd rather have those cards then the somewhat clanky tombstalker. But aside from snaps this deck works with him rather well, and this deck also gets in the graveyard rather quickly making him a very powerful choice. A 5/5 flier is good. If you do wish to run bob in your list, then I would also recommend v clique as an alternative but I felt this deck had enough hand hate as is. Lightning bolt: you run this if your in red and not a combo deck.Serum visions: you run this if your in blue and preordain/ponder remains bannedGitaxian probe: this deck has a lot of ways to get information, making this card a little redundant. But this card is just really good in combination with young pyromancer. Inquisition of Kozilek: With gitaxian probe you need to be careful about how much life your loosing so you don't just die to your own cards, as a result I went with one more inquisition over a third thoughtseize. Besides usually you don't want to take higher cmc cards with thoughtseize as remanding a birthing pod generates more tempo than remanding a voice. In other words you can leave your opponent with cards that will force him to tap out every turn which you can then just counter, or return to their hand.Thoughtseize: Just a broken card, one playable spell in my hand for the best in yours. Wrecks combos, and while delver punishes mana screw, thoughtseize punishes mulligans, making your deck able to capitalize on any amount of bad luck like no other.Grixis charm: kill a deceiver exarch, or an early turn goyf, bounce a permanent because I can, or pump up a few 1/1s elementals into 3/1 game enders. Every aspect of this card is useful and it is never bad. It is only underplayed because polluted delta wasn't allowed.Vapor snag: generates tempo and looses your opponent some life. Can be used to get back one of your own creatures to save them from removal, which is often relevant as you are likely to only draw 2-3 threats a game and if they all die winning becomes quite difficult.Mana leak: almost a hard counter. Overall just a very powerful cardRemand: generates tempo and cycles itself, on par with mana leak. You should feel free to mess with the number of mana leaks to remands as they are both very good but suite different play stiles. I am a fan of an even split personally. Spell snare: an answer to goyf. Or if we suspect a counter from an opponent we can often wait a turn to deploy our threats so that we can spell snare their counter spells.Pillar of flame: a worse burn spell than bolt, but it can often produce extra value by denying ETG effects like persist or voice.terminate: kills goyf and the like. good removal, you don't want to many of them against a deck like scapeshift though.

Mana base:All in all this is probably the part of the deck I feel least certain about. Suggestions are welcome.
