This is my first blue White deck construction... Essentially the focus of this deck is to restrain as much as possible with Daxos leading the charge and play as many cards as possible. Restraining can occur two ways, either by arrest or through Lavinia and Arbiter's combination. Using Lyvev decree helps accelerate this process with ghastly touch and hidden string used to either unlock more mana or to lock out the defense of stronger enemies.
