You should drop Weave Fate and add in 2 Treasure Cruise . Best mid-game draw in standard right now. Dragon-Style Twins isn't that great. Same with Jeskai Elder . I'd run 4x Mantis Rider , 4x Goblin Rabblemaster (because he is crazy good) and a few Brimaz, King of Oreskos . The reason I say that, is because the tokens Rabblemaster and Brimaz make combine super well with Jeskai Charm as a win-con. U/W/R Midrange is my Jeski midrange deck if you wanna check it out :)

The plan is to definitely add in an additional 2 Mantis Riders when I can get my hands on them. I will try switching the weave fates with treasure cruises. The Jeskai Elders and Dragon-Syle Twins are in there for the massive damage possibility with the prowess triggers. I will also try switching something out for a Goblin Rabblemaster (because I only have one).
