Blue Control deck. Basically I'm trying to prevent the opponents strongest creatures from attacking/blocking by preventing them from untapping. I'm also sending cards back to the opponents hand to 1. Prevent them from attacking/blocking & 2. getting rid of any counters/enchantments that the cards may have on them. I am new to magic so any suggestions would be appreciated.
