See that staff? Yeah, it is pretty much the best.
This is a burn/control deck that is highly competitive. Slap any from your arsenal of instant removal spells like Lightning Helix, Lightning Bolt and Path to Exile on to an Isochron Scepter to manage your opponents field while maintaining a hand. Come mid-game, when your opponent is sick of getting everything they love blown up, throw down either one of your level up creatures or Assemble the Legion to start hitting them hard and where it hurts. This deck was built with slightly higher mana than other burn decks because the goal isn't to blow up your opponent. Save the spells for the creatures, then pump the living daylights out of Kargan Dragonlord or Figure of Destiny for the kill. Boros Charm can save from removal, or give one of your epic creatures double strike for stupid large damage.
Main combos:
Isochron Scepter + Lightning Helix or Isochron Scepter + Path to Exile or Isochron Scepter + Lightning Bolt for gobs of creature hate.
Deflecting Palm + Isochron Scepter for a giant middle finger against your opponent saying "sure, swing with that big creature... I've got two mana and its just waiting to be tapped..."
